The impact of your donation

research is key

At Live for Lily, we work to raise funds to get to the experts who have dedicated their careers to find a cure for childhood cancer. We support the organisations that are passionate about finding a cure and putting an end to childhood cancer. We are proud to say that 100% of all donations made to Live for Lily go directly to research at the Children’s Cancer Institute and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.

Live for Lily was awarded the 2018 Children's Cancer Institute Benefactor Award in recognition of the significant contribution the Foundation has made.

We are proud to support the MCCCC

  • Minderoo Children's Comprehensive cancer centre

Live for Lily is excited to be extending the partnership with the Children’s Cancer Institute as they move into the Minderoo Comprehensive Children's Cancer Centre (MCCCC) later in 2025. The MCCCC (a joint initiative of Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, Children’s Cancer Institute and UNSW Sydney), is a state-of-the-art, integrated facility where research and clinical teams will work together to end the burden of children’s cancer. Live for Lily are proudly funding two new Tissue Culture Suites that will serve as the workhorses of the MCCCC, powering the groundbreaking research needed to transform the future of childhood cancer care. These suites are the cornerstone of the research laboratories, equipped to handle the complex and meticulous processes involved in manipulating cancer cells and will formally recognise the Live for Lily Foundation’s contribution.
